Glastonbury Glamour! – Issy from our head office goes to Glastonbury!
This year’s Glastonbury Festival was the perfect medley of music, mud & festival fashion with a large dab of glitter. Despite a few inevitable downpours, the sun shone for most of the weekend giving me chance to get out of my raincoat and into some fabulous festival outfits.
I wore this tie dye maxi on Saturday morning to The Other Stage to see up-and-coming indie band, Swim Deep. Trying to get dressed in a little tent is not always easy, so maxi dresses are great because they are so fuss free and easy to just pull on and off. The tan suede fringed bag was an ideal size for fitting in my purse and water bottle.
As the temperature started to warm up, I found this sun hat super useful as it was tricky to find shade, and it worked with any outfit. I headed over to the colourful blues stage in this loose, cool tunic, and of course, my wellies!
The Glastonbury dress was definitely at home at the festival. The colourful print fitted right in and the cross over ring back gives it a fun extra detail. I paired it with these simple black frame sunglasses while I went exploring the Silver Hayes field. It wasn’t long before this dress got borrowed off me by my sister – I’m still waiting for it back!
By Sunday afternoon I was on a mission to get to the green fields for some recovery herbal tea and vegan chocolate brownies. I wore this off the shoulder tile print tunic with plain black leggings. The combination of the print and shape of the top gave this outfit an authentic hippy festival feel.
Enjoy the rest of the festival season ladies!
